32 Zara Pieces London Girls Are 100% Going to Buy
Remember when Carrie Bradshaw quipped that when she was strapped for cash, she used to buy fashion magazines over food because she felt that they "fed her more”? Well, contrary to Bradshaw, nothing comes between this girl and a burrito, but I do understand her sentiment.
In 2019, I moved out of London after almost a decade spent in the capital. While there are certainly people, places, and—goes without saying—restaurants that I miss, the thing I miss the most is the fashion—specifically seeing what London girls are wearing. There’s nothing I loved more than, on the weekend, heading to sartorial hot spots to see what the coolest dressers in the capital were wearing. There’s just something so cool about the intrinsic London style that seems to sweep the city.
Call it nostalgic longing, but upon looking at Zara’s new-in section, I couldn’t help but think that the brand has nailed that London cool-girl aesthetic with its latest collection. Sure, it helps that some of the pieces were photographed on the streets of London, catapulting me back there in a fevered heartbeat. Regardless, Zara's fusion of relaxed tailoring, excellent separates and bold colours when you least expect it is on the money.
For old times' sake, I’ve rounded up an edit of the Zara pieces I can picture being everywhere when I next travel to London. Scroll on to see them.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley owns Zara's halterneck bodysuit in pretty much every colour.
This reminds me of Marc Jacobs' spring/summer 2013 collection, which is a good thing.
London girls are into the preppy trend right now, and a pleated skirt is an essential part of that aesthetic.
