Jennifer Lopez Wore the Investment Basic That's Actually Worth the Money

I can't help but be intrigued by the things Jennifer Lopez wears. Why? She's routinely photographed wearing insanely glamorous outfits even as early at 7 a.m. But a girl can't live on off-the-runway looks alone, so yes, even J.Lo wears a fair share of basics. But they're not just any basics, of course. She's clearly well-informed because she just wore the investment basic that stylish women and celebs (as in Priyanka Chopra, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Selena Gomez, and Karlie Kloss) have been obsessed with for years: Wolford's Colorado String Bodysuit.
So what's so special about this particular bodysuit? I can speak to this because I, too, have owned one. My verdict is that the material is incredibly luxurious and thick but not so thick that it isn't breathable. It also fits like a glove, so it can easily be layered, and the material smooths everything in its path, so it can also be worn alone. Simply put, it's versatile, flattering, and timeless. (Plus, thanks to the "string" aspect of it, there's no VPL.) At $250 (although I did find it on sale), it's definitely an investment for a bodysuit, but based on how often you'll wear it, it's a very worthy one.
Keep scrolling to see how Lopez styled the bodysuit, and then shop the items for yourself.
