What's the new denim wash I should be looking out for this fall?
A: If you are a self-proclaimed denim-obsessed gal like us, then you probably know that fall is the best time to seek out the latest and greatest styles. While we continue to love a multitude of washes—ranging from super destroyed to crisp dark indigo—this season we’re enchanted by a colour that happily resides in the middle: true blue.
Essential #1: Jeans
This saturated wash with no destruction is a great nod to the ongoing ‘90s trend—think: high-waisted jeans you would find on Brenda Walsh or in Heathers—and pairs nicely with all of fall’s chunky cream cable knits, classic plaids, and oversized men’s coats in camels and tweeds.
Essential # 2: Jackets and Skirts
In addition to stocking up on jeans, try this rich wash on jackets and skirts too. A denim mini is the perfect transitional piece you can wear now and well into the earlier months of fall, while a roomy jean jacket can easily be styled over a t-shirt or crewneck sweater.
