The New Handbag Brand That Will Be In Every Street Style Gallery In 2018

It usually takes new brands a couple of years to chip away at the steely gates of the fashion industry, but there is one new name that was making an impact before it even launched. Amsterdam-based handbag brand Wandler is poised to be the next big handbag brand, as at a recent press day for Matchesfashion.com, the handbags made it on to almost every fashion editor's Instagram feed and its first season is being stocked at Net-a-PorterMatches Fashion and Browns. And before you ask, they've already had a street style debut, as Georgia Tal wore a bright green bag to fashion week.

There are seven handbag styles in the first collection, however, the headlining handbag is certainly the Hortensia. It has a round base, with a top handle and oversized pocket on the front and is available in a number of colours, including a grassy green, an icy blue and an expensive-looking tan. Could this be the bag to make influencers put down their Simon Miller Bonsais? We certainly think so. Keep scrolling to shop the new It bag in town.
