Think you've seen it all when it comes to shoe trends? We've already talked about the most over-the-top "ugly" shoes, the resurgence of platforms, and a handful of 2019 trends we expect to see everywhere, but leave it to Victoria Beckham to step out in the head-scratching shoe style we can't stop thinking about right now: peep-toe boots.

Photographed in New York City, where temperatures are hovering in the 30s, Beckham wore two different versions of her peep-toe boots from the pre-fall 19 collection of her eponymous brand. Leaving your toes exposed to frigid winter weather isn't the most practical thing, but naturally, Beckham managed to make it look effortless. On Wednesday, she wore a muted color palette, including a navy coat and a black turtleneck, skirt, and boots. On Tuesday, she again kept her signature midi-length silhouette but added some color with a red-and-white printed dress and burgundy shoes. Scroll down to see her new outfits and sop her brand.

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
