In a fashion world currently overflowing with beige, Victoria Beckham is fast becoming the queen of interesting colour combinations. Don’t get me wrong—we love a tonal look here at Who What Wear UK, but VB’s current New York wardrobe is refreshing, to say the least. Our favourite Spice Girl stepped out yesterday for an appearance on The Today Show in a red-and-purple outfit that's straight off her autumn/winter catwalk. Never one to play it safe, she then followed it with another look adding blue to the mix. It shouldn’t work, but it just does.
We’re always big fans of Victoria’s style choices—especially when she showcases just how good her own designs are. From what we’ve seen of her most recent collection, the designer is loving an unexpected colour combo, and it’s something she continued into her S/S 20 show last month—meaning clashing colours is a trend that’s sticking around. Red, blue and purple is her current colour crush, and we’re on board.
