Valeria Lipovetsky is the kind of content creator you would want as an older sister. The multi-hyphenate fashion influencer, model, designer, and mom of three shares relatable styling advice and humorous lifestyle content to her audience of almost six million followers across social platforms.
While she's currently at Paris Fashion Week, we caught up with Lipovetsky to see what a typical morning routine looks like from her home base in Miami, Fl. Keep scrolling to see the self-care rituals that help to kickstart her day.
6 A.M.
My day usually starts around 6 a.m., or earlier, if one of my boys decides to wake me up. While my coffee is brewing, the first thing I always do is drink an entire glass of room-temperature water.
If I’m spending the morning at home, I’ll journal and sip my coffee in the backyard. Today, I’m heading to the gym, so I'll make a quick snack of dates with nut butter and take my coffee to go.
6:30 A.M.
Lately, my workout routine has been a mix of weight training and pilates. This routine helps me stay strong and lean, while also building muscle, plus it’s fun! I never realized how enjoyable it could be to push myself and to find that I’m capable of doing more than I expected.
7:30 A.M.
High on post-workout endorphins, I’ll head home to take the boys off to school. Usually, Gary and I will drop them off together to sneak in some quality family time in the mornings.
8 A.M.
Once I’m home, it’s time to jump in the shower, before starting my work day. If I have a few extra minutes, I’ll make sure to use my dry brush to gently exfoliate before showering.
8:15 A.M.
Next, I’ll jump into my skincare routine. While I keep things quite minimal nowadays, I used to be a 16-step skincare routine kinda girl but who has time for that anymore?! Now, I focus only on the things my skin absolutely needs.
First, I’ll use the Skinceuticals C E Ferulic serum, followed by the Tata Harper Illuminating Eye Creme and the Tata Harper Repairative Moisturizer. I love Tata's products because they work especially well with my dry and sensitive skin.
The end of my skincare routine is the beginning of my makeup routine. I’ve been using the Alastin HydraTint Pro Mineral Sunscreen for SPF and light coverage to even my skin tone.
8:30 A.M.
My go-to makeup routine is simple these days, too. I’ll apply the Beautycounter Brilliant Eyebrow Gel, Code8 Seamless Cover Concealer for spots and under-eyes; and the Tata Harper Vitamin-Infused Creme Blush in shade Naughty to bring some color back into my cheeks.
There are two directions it goes for my hair, and it all depends on how long it’s been since wash day: a slick, low bun or touch-ups with my Dyson Airwrap. After my makeup and hair routine, it's off to work!
