42 Under-$100 Summer Fashion Items That Look Too Chic to Be This Affordable
If your goal this summer is to look chic, expensive, elegant, "quiet luxury," timeless, forward, and all the other great things, but you think your budget isn't in line with those objectives, today I'm here to help you out. Because if there's anything I've learned in my years as a fashion editor, it's that it's truly possible for anyone to look put-together regardless of how much they can or want to spend on fashion.
This rings true year-round, but I find that it is especially true in the warmer months when there tends to be a plethora of cool yet chic options that don't break the bank. From tailored shorts to midi dresses to leather sandals and woven bags, the cornerstones of a polished summer wardrobe are readily available at any budget—and they're pretty much all below for less than $100. Ready to get shopping? Just keep scrolling.
I would have believed you if you told me these were five times the price.
I don't know why exactly, but I'm obsessed with these.
The matching skirt is a must.
The easy throw-on-and-go dress you'll be happy you bought.
I'm always sucker for a little gold embellishment.
The subtleness of the stripe makes this so easy to wear.
I love that you can wear it as shown or flat like a regular shoulder bag, so it's like two bags in one.
Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here at Who What Wear, and she is currently Editor-at-Large. It was a less expected route, seeing as she was graduating from business school at USC when this all began, but it has turned out to be the best one for her. Fast-forward to 2024, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was an intern starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to classic pieces and neutral basics but will always make an exception for something colorful, printed, or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a good party is dressing up for one. On weekdays, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious for dinner and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
