Margot Robbie Just Wore the Next Big Colour Trend on the Red Carpet
Summer is the best time to go to the cinema, not least because it's an air-conditioned respite from the oppressive heat. This month has seen the release of The Lion King, which brought us so many amazing new Beyoncé red carpet looks, and now it's almost time for the film I circled with a big fat red pen on my calendar this summer: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Starring the dream trifecta of Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie. Oh, sorry—did you actually need any more info?
Here's the gist: It's Quentin Tarantino's ninth film and it delves into the movie and TV industry in 1969 Los Angeles. Only time will tell if it will live up to the likes of Tarantino's Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill, but the red carpet premiere photos will have to tide us over ahead of the July 26 release date.
Last night London hosted a premiere, and naturally, the whole cast was on-hand, including Pitt, DiCaprio and Robbie, who wore a rust-coloured floaty Oscar de la Renta gown with matching sunset eye shadow. This colour is set to be one of the key hues for autumn/winter 19. To the L.A. premiere, Margot wore a custom white version of a Chanel Couture fall 2019 dress that was originally navy blue on the runway.

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
