28 Pieces From Mulberry at the Top of One Editor's Holiday Wish List
Sponsor Content Created With Mulberry
The holidays are just around the corner, and I couldn't be more delighted. It feels like the first "normal" festive season in years, and I think this one is going to be special. And whilst I'm a firm avoider of throw-away, novelty presents, the opportunity for forever pieces is always one that excites me. A timeless handbag, a leather wallet and cashmere gloves are pieces made to last, and therefore make top of my wish list, and what I love to purchase for others.
For a long time, Mulberry has been the go-to for these very special pieces. The British luxury lifestyle brand is so synonymous with classic accessories that when you see someone sporting a Mulberry handbag, scarf or purse and ask them about it, they'll often tell you it was originally their mother's. Bottom line: Mulberry has a knack for creating accessories that are passed down from generation to generation.
This year, Mulberry's gifting selection has more than just the classics on offer. There are scarves that can be personalised, new leather editions in vibrant colourways and prints, recent collections (including the mini bag series), and party-ready metallics that you're likely to see on New Year's Eve.
For the eco-conscious people in your life, be sure to scroll through the sustainable gifting selection, which includes some padded recycled nylon accessories (a must-have AW22 micro-trend) and a plethora of leather pieces, which, as with all the leather Mulberry now uses, are sourced from environmentally-accredited tanneries and are completely carbon neutral. And it's not all about accessories. You'll also find quilted miniskirts, jackets and this double-breasted coat—which are filled with recycled silk and finished with a recycled nylon exterior–making them cherished forever pieces that put them top of many editors wish list. And don't forget stocking fillers (and who doesn't love those?), be it baseball caps, tech accessories or scrunchies, Mulberry is taking the lead on those luxurious little extras.
So as you get the decorations down from the loft, start making festive plans and curating shopping lists, read ahead for my top buys for the holidays.
For anyone who likes to be organised, an agenda is the ultimate gift.
I love the belt on this. It's not often you get to cinch in your waist while wearing a padded jacket.
Perfect for both day and evening events, gold hoops are such a staple.
I can't get enough of animal print, and the green hue gives this bag an edge.
The hood, deep pockets and quilted exterior make this cape an instant win. It's perfectly practical.
Caps are usually for summer, but this lambswool version is perfect for the cooler months.
Who wouldn't want an accessory that delivers your daily dose of dopamine?
Place around your neck and tuck inside your coat to add a pop of colour and softness to any winter ensemble.
Made with 100% recycled polyester and available in a range of colours, this scrunchie is a superb stocking filler.
This woven leather is such a big trend this year, and here Mulberry has made it its own.
