I'm an Expert at Predicting Manicure Trends—5 Nail Colours You're Going to See Everywhere This March

The beginning of March marks the start of spring in all its glory, and what better way to ring in the new season than by trying out one of the most popular nail trends? Yep, we've been busy rounding up the biggest spring nail trends of 2025, but as someone who analyses these trends for a living, I've been wanting to dive a bit deeper and see what specific nail colours we will be seeing everywhere this March.

Yes, as a beauty editor, I spend most of my time looking out for trending nail shades, and there's plenty of chic hues to choose from this month. With pastels as you've never seen them before and subtle, sheer pink tones set to take centre stage, take it from the feeds of some of our favourite nail artists and get ready for all the inspo you could ever need.

Below, I've rounded up the five nail colours to try this March, as well as some of the best nail products you might need to help get the look at home. So go on, have a scroll and book yourself in to your nearest salon to try these looks out for yourself. You deserve it.

5 Nail Colours That Will Be Everywhere This March

1. Sheer Pink

One look on Instagram and you'll be met with hundreds of sheer pink manicures this season. Yep, this spring is all about a more subtle pop of colour, and it seems that a pinky hue is the way to go. Also known as "strawberry milk" nails, this is easily one of the chicest ways to incorporate a pop of pink into your look this March.

Love a nude manicure but want to take it to the next level? Then an off-white lacquer just might become your new favourite. With trends like soap nails and glazed donut nails continuing to take off, this more minimal take is sure to take over your IG and TikTok feeds. Watch this space.

Butter yellow is the colour of the season. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it's one of the biggest fashion trends this spring. More often than not, I tend to see these fashion trends make their way into the beauty world, which is why I have no doubt that butter yellow nails will be huge this March.

A pastel, pearlescent manicure is an overarching colour trend that is long overdue its moment in the sun. Choose a pink or lilac tone, and give it a mermaid-style shimmer on top.

I know what you're thinking, isn't this more of an autumn hue? Interestingly enough, while I was backstage at London Fashion Week, I saw lots of models sporting a chic brown manicure, and I think it's the perfect shade for any minimalists out there this March.
