Ready or Not, Gigi Hadid Just Wore a Pair of Denim Capri Pants

Welcome to the 2020s capri pants era. Okay, that distinction remains to be seen, but one very directional celebrity is embracing the returning trend. Gigi Hadid attended a friend's birthday party last night in New York City wearing a pair of denim capri pants with the slim fit of skinny jeans.

In case the return of capri pants is new information to you, I should mention that the capri pants that fashion people and celebrities are all wearing are slim-fit, just as they were when they were a trend in the late 1950s and 1990s. The thing is, there are only so many things you can do with pants, so it's inevitable that every pant trend that ever was will eventually come back around—and probably multiple times. So capri pants were due for a comeback, like it or not.

Jacquemus, Tory Burch, and Gucci are just a few of the brands that have been embracing capris recently, and it's likely the trend will only grow from here. Hadid kept her outfit simple with her capri jean styling, pairing them with a black tank top, belt, and black high-heel mules.

If you're into the trend, keep scrolling to shop for the best pairs.
