You know what that means, right? Yep, killer beauty looks. 

Since this is the first red carpet event of the new year, it sets the standard for all others that follow. It also sets the standard for beauty trends. Well, actually, it dictates beauty trends. Trust me. All you have to do is watch this one award show to get a pretty good idea of what hair and makeup looks will be *it* for 2024.
