Teeny, Tiny Rings
Truth be told, I'm not much of a statement jewellery kind of girl. My ultimate motivation is laziness, and I can't be bothered to put on and take off jewellery. It's no surprise, then, that I am currently in love with wispy little rings-teeny, tiny styles that have dainty stone details and don't get in the way when I'm on set. While these delicate pieces stand out on their own, they're also subtle enough that you can wear multiples layered on one hand, as seen on the Balenciaga S/S 13 runway. Best of all, they go with everything in your closet, which means you'll never need to change out your jewellery. Versatile and easy to wear, don't miss some of my favourite stackable rings in today's top five roundup.--Laurie Trott
1. Gabriela Artigas DuPont Rings ($350)
I love the sleek design of this five-piece ring set, which features a mix of rose gold and silver. When stacked on top of each other, the tiny ridges lend a cool, subtle texture.
2. Mociun Rings
Though this brand is fairly new, I've been following them for a while and am obsessed with their bijoux. Their small precious stone rings look so chic clustered together and can easily elevate a casual daytime look.
In order from top to bottom:
Double Oblong Ring ($794)
Chrysophase Double Triangle Ring ($722)
Double Square Ring ($925)
Notched Wedding Band ($1392)
3. Sarah Chloe Tara Linked Rings ($129, available February) in Gold Plated
The slim chain connecting these two gold-plated rings adds an extra element of cool, while still allowing me to type quickly.
4. Catbird Classic Hammered First Knuckle Ring ($74 each) in 3 Rose Gold and 2 Gold
The great thing about these hammered knuckle rings is that you can barely feel them on your hands-perfect for unfussy types. Plus, they're so thin you can wear two or three on one finger or spread them across your hand.
5. Urban Outfitters Tiny Aphrodite Rings ($16)
Rhinestone embellishments lend this affordable three-piece ring set just the right amount of sparkle. I would mix them in with other styles to make it quirky.
Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here at Who What Wear, and she is currently Editor-at-Large. It was a less expected route, seeing as she was graduating from business school at USC when this all began, but it has turned out to be the best one for her. Fast-forward to 2024, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was an intern starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to classic pieces and neutral basics but will always make an exception for something colorful, printed, or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a good party is dressing up for one. On weekdays, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious for dinner and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
