See Who Made the Guest List at Tom Ford's Ultra-Exclusive Show
We’re curating a New York Fashion Week magazine in collaboration with Flipboard. Check out NYFW: Everything You Need to Know for a quick download on the latest breaking fashion news straight from the runways.
Yesterday was only the first day of New York Fashion Week, but the Tom Ford show is poised to remain one of the biggest highlights of the entire seven-day span. For starters, the star-studded guest list was second to none. We're talking Cindy Crawford, Karlie Kloss, Rita Ora, Julianne Moore, Uma Thurman, and plenty of other A-listers.
Plus, it marks the designer's very first see-now-buy-now show: Instead of presenting his S/S 17 collection like most other designers are doing right now, Tom Ford's runway showcased fall wares that became available to shop online immediately after the show. Gigi Hadid, Amber Valetta, Carolyn Murphy, Liya Kebede, and others walked the runway wearing items that you can already buy from Tom Ford's website and Net-a-Porter. How's that for instant gratification?
Scroll down to see the celebrity attendees at the Tom Ford show, and go a bit further to see the entire collection!

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
