Taylor Swift Just Went Full Kate Middleton in This Ethereal Outfit
You didn't expect to get two Taylor Swift albums this year, did you? Well, that's just what she's blessed us with during a difficult 2020, and no doubt it has offered some emotional reprieve to her most loyal fans. But it's also given fashion lovers some exciting new looks to ogle over. Swift has revealed images from her newest album, dubbed Evermore, and it's a very ethereal princess vibe complete with the #1 royal item: a tiara. It reminded me—in the best way—of real-life Duchess Kate Middleton, who shares Swift's love of frilly dresses, bows, and tiaras. (Just take a gander at a similar look of hers below.)
If the imagery looks a bit like her previous album, Folklore, it's because Evermore was intentionally made as a companion album. "I’ve never done this before," Swift wrote on Instagram. "In the past, I’ve always treated albums as one-off eras and moved onto planning the next one after an album was released. There was something different with Folklore. In making it, I felt less like I was departing and more like I was returning." Scroll down to see her beautiful new album photo.

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 14 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Kate and Meghan stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible.
