One thing we have to hand to Taylor Swift: The girl has a sense of humour about herself. After rumours swirled last week that Swift insured her long stems for a whopping $40 million, the singer posted an injury inflicted to her valuable legs by her cat Meredith—along with a declaration that her kitty now owed her the full sum for which her legs had been insured.
"Great work Meredith," Swift Instagrammed alongside the above image. "I was just trying to love you and now you owe me 40 million dollars."
It's pretty obvious to us that Swift is having a solid laugh at the ridiculous rumours that often come along with celebrity—but at the same time, it's not beyond possibility that her legs would be worth a few million bucks. After all, her current net worth hovers around $200 million.
