This is Doing Well, a series where we'll get a peek into the wellness routines of our favorite celebrities, athletes, social media personalities, entrepreneurs, and more. Think of it as a Proust Questionnaire—wellness style. Below, see what they have to say about their favorite workouts, self-care rituals, wellness goals, affirmations or mottos, and more. Maybe you'll find some inspiration for your own routine.

Tan France has pretty much become a household name thanks to his role as part of the Fab Five on Netflix's Queer Eye. I mean honestly, the man brought the "French tuck" to the masses and we are forever grateful for it. We love him on that show.

In addition to his work on Queer Eye (we're all waiting for season 6!), France is super busy these days. He just welcomed his first child, son Ismail France, with his husband Rob France on July 10. And he's also working on a couple of projects, including partnering with Sanofi and Regeneron on The Now Me, which is a program to help empower people with moderate-to-severe eczema feel comfortable in their own skin.

As someone who struggles with eczema myself, I was excited to chat with France about this new partnership. While he doesn't have eczema, he does understand how difficult it can be since he has a cousin who had it and also worked with and dressed someone with the skin condition on the upcoming season of Queer Eye.

"Something that many of us take for granted, like picking out clothing, can be tough for people with uncontrolled moderate-to-severe eczema," France says. "A clothing option as basic as a white tee can be especially tough if people are dealing with dry, itchy patches on their skin that can ooze and even bleed through the fabric. That's why the symbol for this program is a simple white T-shirt. What you wear is not so much about what you look like but how you feel. It is meant to inspire people living with uncontrolled moderate-to-severe eczema to see the possibilities and celebrate what we are calling their Now Me moment. You can learn more on TheNowMe.com."

And as for the next season of Queer Eye, France teased a couple of things we can look forward to. "I'm excited that many of these episodes feature a story that you will have never seen on the show before," he says. "I think that with every episode, you're going to learn something new. And, I learned some new things too! Like I mentioned above, something that was exciting for me was that one of our hero's experiences tied directly to what I've been doing with The Now Me program. Until this season, I had never dressed someone with eczema. Because of The Now Me and this experience on Queer Eye, I now have the knowledge and understanding of how to dress people who have eczema or skin conditions and help them feel as comfortable as possible."

France also filled out our wellness questionnaire, which you can see below. Find out how he unwinds, what his wellness goals are, and more.

The first thing I do when I wake up is: Brush my teeth for two minutes while telling myself affirmations. If you aren't brushing your teeth for two minutes, you are doing it wrong!

My go-to meal before work is: I don't really eat breakfast. My husband is always starving when he gets up. I never understand that.

My favorite workout is: Definitely not cardio! But I lift weights most days. I don't really like to sweat. I really actually hate the feeling. Because at the end of the day, working out is not only good for your health but it's good for your mind. It's something that always puts me in a good mood.

My favorite feel-good Instagram account to follow: Gigi Hadid, who I love very much. I always like seeing what her baby is doing. I haven't been able to see her baby in real life because of COVID. So, it makes me really happy to get updates.

My must-have beauty/self-care products are: My must-have beauty product is a homemade face mask that I have been making for years. I use it once a week, sometimes twice a week. You can Google it and see my recipe online.

My favorite self-care ritual is: Working out. It's not about my body, it's about managing stress because my life is so hectic sometimes. So, having a moment where I'm focusing on my heart and destressing is really important to me.

The one thing I do to wind down is: Watching the Golden Girls. It brings me so much joy. Is there really a better show? There is not.

My ideal chill at-home fit is: Pajamas, I don't care what people say! I think most people are surprised when I say I live my life in my home in my pajamas, but they are always gorgeous, so don't worry about that.

My favorite thing about myself is: My skin color. I think it's gorgeous! I'm not gonna lie, it took me a really long time to get to the point where I can say, I love my skin. That's why my latest project, The Now Me program, is so meaningful to me because I'm committed to helping others feel comfortable with their skin.

The one wellness goal I want to accomplish this year is: Greater work-life balance. I love my job. I am so blessed to have a job that is so rewarding and makes me so happy. But this last year is reminding me that I also need to focus on my personal life.

An affirmation/motto I live by: This is not necessarily a motto, and most people may consider it an annoying trait, but if I have told you something, just trust and believe that it is right. If you don't, I am going to tell you "I told you so." My husband Rob hates it, but I can't help myself and love any opportunity I get to say it.
