13 Cult Pieces the Street Style Set Are Wearing at Fashion Week
Fashion month always has one dangerous side effect: It makes us want to shop. We're not just talking about the clothes on the runway, as the street style set is usually the group that determines whether items will become cult pieces or not. We are now on the third week of the monthlong schedule, having already checked off Copenhagen, New York, and London, and there are a number of items that have already emerged as hero buys for the new season.
So far, Saks Potts has come out on top, with its statement-collar coat cropping up on every continent, while Chloé's new C Bag is slowly but surely gathering a sizable fan club. Other highlights include Boyy's buckled bags, statement pink jackets, and high-street trench coats—so much to get inspired by. Keep scrolling through the gallery below for this season's ultimate street style shopping list.
Jeanette Madsen is making us want to buy this jolly scarf-and-sweater set from Alexa Chung’s namesake label, and the good news is that these are both now on sale.
Moda Operandi’s Lisa Aiken has one of the best eyes in the business and a strong track record of spotting new talent. The handbag she is backing this season is this rectangular leather top-handle bag.
At London Fashion Week, Linda Tol wore this pair of Mango heeled knee-high boots several times, and they are the perfect partner for midi dresses.
If its exposure on the streets of fashion week is anything to go by, Saks Potts's fur-collar coat is set to be the style of the season.
This bag brand has been on the cusp of fame for a while now, but it seems as though the fashion crowd has finally caught onto the Boyy bag's brilliance.
Three of this season's biggest trends (pink, cord, and the '70s blazer) converge in this stylish Acne Studios number.
It's big and fluffy, and it ain't afraid to say so. Emma Brewin's fur bucket hat has surely got to be one this season's most playful street style trends.

Considering its long history of cult handbags, it comes as no surprise that Chloé is on its way to winning 2019's It bag accolade. Coming in a range of fabrics and colorways, the C Bag is classic in shape yet still feels incredibly fresh.
They started off strong last year, but with the unexpectedly warm weather across Europe this February, we can see there's still plenty of mileage to come from The Row's super-expensive strappy sandals.
We fell head over heels for Topshop's trench the first time we saw it. Patent and in a retro shade of orange, this is all we want to be wearing this spring.
The Scandi girls at Copenhagen Fashion Week could not get enough of Vagabond's affordable yet on-trend shoes. The brand's Lisse Pump is at the top of our wish list.
Whether styled up for a cold day à la Tamu McPherson (pictured here) or worn in the most summery concoction, this bold tiger-print skirt from Rixo is causing a fuss in stylish circles. Everyone wants to get their mitts on it.
There are many items from Rejina Pyo that the fashion crowd chose to stockpile, but right now we've been spotting (excuse the pun) this little knotted handle bag during every round of street style pics. It comes in multiple different finishes and colors, with this polka-dot version looking like its sold out everywhere—sorry.
