This Red-Haired German Makeup Artist Has Incredible Personal Style
Here at Who What Wear UK, we are always looking for a new style icon to obsess over, and the latest fashion week regular we can't stop looking at pictures of is German makeup artist Stella von Senger. She might wear the cult buys you see all over your Instagram feed, such as the Paloma Wool shirt and Gucci logo sweatshirt, but she doesn't dress like everyone else. Her look is all about the unexpected and eclectic mix, favouring dramatic silhouettes, wacky sunglasses and oversized earrings. She explained to Vogue that her love for earrings came from her mother: "All the women in my family wore big earrings, and as a young girl, I had admired their look. So when my mother stopped wearing earrings, she gave me her magic box full of the biggest, most beautiful earrings I had ever seen." Before you ask, yes, she does have an Instagram page, which is filled with her on-the-go outfit shots. She is also quickly becoming a street style favourite and has recently starred in a campaign for one of the coolest new shoe brands, Aeyde.

Style Notes: Stella captioned this image, "When in Paris wear some Chanel," which is a sentiment we whole heartedly agree with.
Style Notes: Stella's Stine Goya silk painterly wrap dress is the perfect holiday ensemble, especially when topped off with a pair of OTT gold earrings.
Style Notes: For a Vestiaire Collective picnic, Stella dressed like a pageboy in a pair of cropped trousers, a white shirt and a silky waistcoat covered in a retro car print.
Style Notes: Stella often looks like she's stepped out of a classic portrait, and we love these exaggerated lace sleeves and oversized pearl earrings.
Style Notes: Stella was one of the first to wear the shirt of the moment—the Paloma Wool button-down covered in playful life drawing scribbles. She paired hers with a dramatic, ruffle-hem skirt and feathered Prada shoes.
Style Notes: Here Stella gives us a lesson in accessorising, pairing her red Gucci sweatshirt with a printed silk scarf and oversized sunglasses.
Style Notes: Stella often wears tailored pieces such as with this menswear-inspired look, which she joked makes her look just like Hamish Bowles. Note that wacky sunglasses are another Stella signature.
Style Notes: Here Stella channels a fabulous '70s look, wearing high-waisted denim flares with a geometric printed Prada top with feathered cuffs.
