My hyperfocused shopping obsessions come in waves. In March, all I wanted to buy were wedge sandals, and in May, tube dresses never left my brain. As of this month, I've become laser-focused on beefing up my collection of statement jewelry. Thanks to the summer heat, I'm trying to wear as little as socially acceptable as possible, leaving the opportunity for interesting layering and complex styling limited. That's where I'm leaning into an eye-catching necklace or a cool pair of earrings to get my fill of sartorial excitement.

One of my more recent sale finds—a gold Laura Lombardi necklace—gets more wear than anything else in my jewelry wardrobe right now and somehow manages to make my lazy-day outfits look aesthetically intentional. Now that summer fashion is in full swing, the outfit-defining power of jewelry is too loud to ignore. To get a glimpse of all of the compliment-inducing pieces in my recent saves and to shop statement jewelry for yourself, keep scrolling below. I guarantee it'll be the easiest wardrobe addition you'll make this season.
