Josephine De La Baume Proves the Slip Dress Works in Winter

What did we tell you about this burgeoning underwear-as-outerwear trend taking over 2016's red carpets? Well, another week and another good example of how it can work—even for the kind of girls who don't want to reveal all. The delicious Josephine De La Baume hit the menswear Burberry Prorsum FROW in the kind of silky slip dress (Burberry Sleevless Silk Dress £1,295) one would usually save for a hot summer's night sleep and made it entirely appropriate for a cold day in January. With a cosy wool coat from the British label, black suede over the knee boots and—not warm but definitely cool—choker, we can consider pulling the bias cut dress out of storage earlier than planned.
