When We Skip Zara, We Buy Surprisingly Cool Shoes From These 5 Bargain Stores
It's no secret that we're all about a good Zara find over here at WWW HQ. But as we covered recently, we also like to scoop up on-trend yet affordable items at other affordable retailers as well to mix it up. In fact, during a recent discussion amongst our editors, it became apparent there are actually five specific bargain-friendly stores we hit up more than others when it comes to shoe shopping specifically.
Interested in learning more about the stores we love for fashion-forward, inexpensive footwear? Keep scrolling to check out the affordable retailers our editors shop on the regular to build out their shoe offerings.
"Mango is one of my go-to sources for affordable and on-trend boots. It has a big selection of shoes, but more than other styles, the boots on offer nail the season's top trends. I added this knee-high snakeskin print pair to my closet in the fall and people are usually surprised to find out that they're from an affordable retailer (and not high-end)."
"Charles & Keith is one of my go-to's for affordable and on-trend accessories. I can hardly go on its site without adding at least one thing to my cart. Plus, I find it's a bit more under-the-radar than Zara, which means you won't have the same shoes that caught the eye of every other girl."
"Topshop shoes never disappoint. For years, it's where I've gone for trendy shoes that I don't want to spend a lot of money on but that don't look cheap either."
I buy a lot of my shoes from Nordstrom. While the retailer, of course, stocks It shoe brands from Nike to Adidas, it also stocks a range of in-house labels as well that are quite stylish.
"I can't live without Reebok sneakers—especially its vintage reissues of the Club C 85 styles. With a nod to the '80s, they're the ultimate classic that still feels cool." (Note that Net-a-Porter has a great range of under-$100 Reeboks if you're looking for another option besides the brand's site.)
