3 Quick and Elegant Ways Scandi Women Are Updating Their Outfits for 2024
As we settle into the new year I'm brimming with a new-found motivation to refresh my winter wardrobe. Tired of the jeans and jumper rotation I've found myself living in for the past few months, I'm determined to incorporate some revitalised additions that match my new-season mood. On the hunt for some fresh styling inspiration, who better to look towards than the Scandis? With an enviable ability to put a playful twist on the simplest of silhouettes, this fashionable group is geared up to give exactly the kind of help I need to lift my style spirits.
Having scoured all the photos I could find, I've managed to pin down three specific ways that Scandi women are updating their outfits for 2024. For some new-season microtrends that come Scandi-approved, read on to see what I discovered.
1. CINCH YOUR COAT WITH A BELT
Style Notes: Freshening up last year's jackets and coats, this season the Scandi style set is styling a new silhouette by cinching in their oversized blazers and coats at the waist with chic leather belts.
Shop Belts:
Brown belts style so well with beige and cream tones.
2. BUNDLE UP IN FAUX FUR
Style Notes: This season, Scandi women are swapping their beloved quilted jackets for something a little furrier. Adding a luxurious finish to any winter look, faux fur is the new outerwear trend that the Scandis are backing.
Shop Faux-Fur Coats:
Style with your favourite blue jeans or dress up with leather trousers.
There's nothing more inviting than a fluffy, floor-length coat to get you through the coldest season.
3. ROSETTE DETAILING
Style Notes: Forgoing glitzy jewels and dramatic scarves, Scandi women are favouring coquette-inspired rosette detailing to freshen up their winter looks.
Shop Rosette Chokers:
Style with a strapless dress or dress up an everyday blazer outfit.
This would look equally as cute fastented onto your favourite bag.
