SJP Just Shared an Epic Sex and the City Tribute for the 20th Anniversary
Today isn't just an average Wednesday—it's the 20th anniversary of the Sex and the City premiere. While plenty of outlets—including Who What Wear, of course—filled your Instagram feed with tributes, we've been anxiously waiting to see how the stars themselves would honor the occasion. Luckily, Sarah Jessica Parker swooped in toward the end of the day with an epic homage.
"Choosing pictures/words: Almost impossible," she captioned her Instagram slideshow. "Where to begin? It's too much. 'Were those some of the best years of your life?' Abso-f&*#-ing-lutely." Parker chose eight perfect photos of Carrie Bradshaw and the gang, including her iconic Dior newspaper dress and a pink David Bowie T-shirt. Scroll down to see SJP's tribute and revisit some of our favorite looks from the show.
Other Memorable SATC Looks
Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 14 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Kate and Meghan stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible.
