Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Follows This Denim-on-Denim Rule

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has nailed the art of L.A. dressing. Every time we spot the model out and about she seems to nail the laid-back but still polished style California It girls favor. But, her latest look has especially caught our eye, because she's serving up a major lesson in pulling off a tricky fashion look–the Canadian tuxedo.
When it comes to wearing denim-on-denim, it's easy for the ensemble to feel ultra casual, denim is an off-duty staple after all. To dress it up, Rosie opted for a few quick tricks that instantly add that extra elevation. First off, Rosie mixed and matched her true blues like a pro. She stuck to light-wash denim but chose pieces that felt too matchy-matchy. By playing with exact hue and the weight and texture of the denim, the ensemble doesn't feel too off kilter. To finish off the look, Rosie made sure to opt for sharp accessories—a statement bag, and fun pair of heels—that help add to the look's overall fancy feel.
Read on to check out Rosie's look, and to do a little denim shopping yourself!
For a casual-cool summer outfit, Rosie styled denim-on-denim, pairing pieces in similar but still unique washes with different textures to help the outfit stand out.
