As the resident shopping editor in my friend group, my friends always ask me what to buy, what's on trend, what to keep, and what to get rid of. But lately when my group chat gets to talking about what to wear this weekend or what to order for fall the focus is all about items to buy that make you look way richer than you are. After all, who doesn’t want to look expensive? After digging through some of my go-to websites, I found so many chic items for fall that make me look like I got a raise. I found everything from investment pieces from quiet luxury brands Khatie and Bottega Veneta and super-affordable picks from H&M and Reformation that are guaranteed to make you look like you're dripping in wealth this fall.

Keep scrolling to see which rich-looking items I sent my friends for fall.
