Party Wear To Puffer Coats–Here Are 25 Pieces Worth Buying in the Reiss Sale
Sponsor Content Created With Reiss
It's the most wonderful time of the year. Yes it's the holidays, but it's also the annual sale season! Although I have no interest in promoting the frivolous purchasing of pieces you don't need, shopping during sale time is as good as time as any, better in fact, to invest in your capsule wardrobe. Whether it's a last minute party dress for New Year's Eve, office-appropriate tailoring or a silk white shirt that can really be worn so many ways–I always look to this time of year as a period to invest in wardrobe essentials.
One of my go-to brands for this has always been Reiss. Consistently offering expensive-looking items season upon season, you can always count on Reiss to provide everything from a working wardrobe or wedding guest dress. The December sale, which is currently offering 50% off, is no different–from tuxedo tailoring to cashmere polo necks, the collection is, as ever, filled with timeless pieces made with fashion-forward cuts and colours. For example, if like many of us you're heading back into the office in Jan, wide leg trousers are a must. These white ones are so sophisticated, and when worn with a belt, a fine knit and a checked trench, it's professional yet perfectly put together, but pair it with an embellished bra top and heels and oof! It's a sexy date night ensemble.
Speaking of date night and other more dressy situations, the sale selection has plenty of last minute trophy pieces ideal for festive celebrations. I simply couldn't not mention this satin-jersey-mix skirt–whose ruched panelled detail and bodycon silhouette at the hips is nothing short of genius. So form-flattering and contouring, it's quite literally made me re-think my New Year's Eve outfit. And for those that like a jumpsuit, did you see this red velvet number?
And with that, I've listed below all the things I think are worth checking out–enjoy!
The perfect party dress has to be the one that resembles a disco ball.
Tailored track pants are so great with an oversized knit and sneakers–one of my go-to off-duty outfits.
Anything sparkly and I'm in.
This is the coolest jacket–we can't get enough of shearling at the moment.
Love this green colour, and this neckline is so unusual.
Ultimate white wide-leg trousers.
Adore this neckline.
With their embellished rhinestone detail, these trousers are easy to dress up.
I can't get enough of this ruched detail.
Velvet is such a winter signature, this is perfect for festive celebrations.
Trench coat of dreams!
We love split hem trousers–such a fresh way to add a little shape to your silhouette.
You may have a white shirt but do you have a silk white shirt?
Festive jumpsuit of dreams.
With this cold snap, a puffer is essential.
A gorgeous staple coat, and it also comes in blush pink.
So chic and sophisticated.
I've said it before and I'll say it again–a sharp suit, or a tuxedo, is a great staple for any wardrobe.
So chic under a blazer.
I've actually bought this myself.
This year has been the year for over-the-knee boots.
So pretty!
