Celebs, Influencers and Fashion People All Buy Their Conscious Cashmere Here
These days, I find myself turning to Reformation for quite a lot of wardrobe staples. Since the L.A.-based, celeb-loved brand set up in the UK a couple of years back (meaning no more painful tax and import fees), I’ve discovered it does a number of things really well: denim, occasionwear dresses and petite buys, to name a few. And this year, the brand is adding excellent cashmere pieces as another string to its bow.
With responsible consumption and conscious production at the forefront of Reformation’s collections, it’s nice to know that the brand is going at least some way to producing a more sustainable version of the knitwear classic we all love so much and one of the few with such transparency. (Each product page has clear details about the origins and credentials of the knit.)
My favourite from the new collection is the chocolate-brown crew-neck knit. (I have a few of this style in different colours and take them everywhere with me during spring, autumn and winter to throw around my shoulders and chuck in handbags whenever I’m not 100% sure what the weather will do.) But if you’re looking for knitwear with a little more personality, there are also styles like the beautiful off-the-shoulder Natalia jumper or the embellished-sleeve Emanuele, as well as plenty of cute cardigans, co-ord sets and extended-sizing options.
Celebrities, influencers and fashion people (myself included) already seem to have cottoned on to Reformation’s greatness, and if you needed any more excuses to join the fan club, this new cashmere collection just might be it.
