Hear Me Out: These Real Housewives Outfits Give Me Life

I’m just going to get straight to the point. If you don’t “get” The Real Housewives, you don’t get me. I’ve been a stan of the hit Bravo show ever since Vicky Gunvalson first pulled back the gate into the glittering world of Orange County society women back in 2006. Since then, I’ve watched every season from every franchise—from New York to Atlanta to Beverly Hills—and consider the leading women to be an instrumental part of my life (don't judge). They’re who I gossip about on the regular, they’re the subjects of just about every meme I send, and they also happen to be a source of style inspiration.
Yes, I’ll admit a lot of the lewks over the years have been out there, but there have been just as many standout fashun moments as well. TBH, I could sit here and write paragraphs of my favorite women and their most iconic outfits, but I’ll spare you (for now). Instead, I decided to scroll through street style imagery of housewives like Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, and NeNe Leakes from the last few months to uncover their most noteworthy off-duty ensembles (aka looks not necessarily seen on the show) that could be worth testing out in our own rotations. Keep scrolling to see (and shop) the outfits in question. And don’t be surprised if you’re all of a sudden inspired to binge Housewives reruns when you’re done—I’m right there with you, girl.
Erika Jayne
There’s one word I use to describe Mrs. Girardi (aka Erika Jayne)—queen. Known for her “XXPEN$IVE” designer wardrobe, the Beverly Hills star brings it no matter where she is. Case in point: this hot pink zip dress (with on-trend puff sleeves), complete with coordinating leopard accessories she wore to Andy Cohen’s iconic baby shower.
Bethenny Frankel
If it’s a sleek city look you’re looking for, New York star and mogul Frankel is your source of inspo with her sophisticated ’fits like this ensemble with the statement black coat, skinny jeans, and classic pumps.
Lisa Rinna
Rinna’s style is laid-back and polished—basically, the kind of look we all want to achieve in our day-to-day lives. She consistently wears outfits that just work when she’s running around Beverly Hills, including this situation with the easy floral dress and cool white sneakers.
Kyle Richards
This is the type of ensemble that sums up Richards’s style—glam and elevated, yet effortless at the same time. I’m all about a statement trench and punchy heels to tie together a denim look for a night out.
NeNe Leakes
Want to make an instant statement for a night out? Well, just make Atlanta’s Leakes your #1 source of inspiration. I mean, a glittering pajama set and furry heels… bye.
