Specifically, she's at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, which is the place to be in Cannes—especially during the Cannes Film Festival. While headed to lunch today, Jenner was photographed wearing the most summery of summer outfits, including a sheer maxi dress over a black bikini, simple flip-flops, oval sunglasses, and the bag trend every single fashion editor wants to buy: a raffia bag.
