It Didn't Take Long for This Heel Trend to Make a Celebrity Comeback

Remember a few years ago when all we talked about was which "naked" shoes which celebrity was wearing this time? Yes? Us too. The trend may have peaked circa 2018, but shoe trends tend to have a way of circling back more quickly than other fashion trends do, so we can't necessarily say we're surprised that's what seems to be happening here.

So how do we know naked shoes are making a quick comeback? Just this week, Gigi Hadid and Kylie Jenner wore them out at night during New York Fashion Week, and Jennifer Lopez wore them at the Venice Film Festival. Gigi and Kylie opted for the same Gianvito Rossi pair, and J.Lo went with one of Hailey Bieber's favorite brands. While naked shoes can also refer to super strappy, skin-baring pairs, in this case, each of them opted for a PVC pair. PVC shoes tend to really elongate the legs, so you'll often see celebrities wearing them with skirts and dresses. Ready for some inspo?

Scroll to see how the aforementioned celebs styled their naked shoes and to shop some of our favorite pairs if you're ready to join them.
