Can I get free shipping at SSENSE?

SSENSE offers free shipping to the US on orders over $100. For orders less than this, shipping will cost $14. This will be via express shipping which can take 2-3 working days.

Does SSENSE have a welcome offer?

SSENSE will sometimes have a 15% promo code for signing up to the email newsletter or app. Currently, this promotion is no longer running but we will update this page should this change in the future.

Can I sign up for the email newsletter?

Enter your email address into the email pop-up box at the footer of the SSENSE website to receive emails from SSENSE. You’ll be the first to hear about the latest news, offers, promotions, sales, and more. 

Can I shop the SSENSE sale?

SSENSE has a dedicated sale section on its website. You can shop for designer fashion sales with trending names such as Jacquemus, Gucci, and Ksubi. Previous sales have seen up to 70% off on-sale items and luxe steals at SSENSE. The retailer also runs frequent sales during seasonal events, such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Memorial Day.

Does SSENSE accept returns?

You can request a return via your SSENSE account or you can contact customer service to complete the return process. SSENSE does not include return shipping slips in original shipments in an effort to reduce waste. Exchanges are not available directly. However, if you return your item, you will receive a full refund, after which you can place a new order for the desired item.
