J. Crew offers free standard shipping for anyone signed up for J.Crew Rewards. If you’re not signed up, standard shipping costs $5. Your order will be delivered within 3-6 working days.

When are the J.Crew sales?

J.Crew accepts unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Online and phone purchase may be shipped back for an $7.50 fee or returned to a J.Crew store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
