Does Free People have free shipping?
Yes. You can regularly get free standard shipping promotions on the Free People website. If these are not running, you can shop via the Free People app, or sign up for the newsletter, for free express shipping on orders of $150 or over. Standard shipping normally costs $7.95 or is free for orders over $100 on the Free People website.
How can I get an email discount at Free People?
By signing up for the Free People newsletter, you can get free express shipping on your first order. You’ll also be updated on the latest private sales, new clothing arrivals, and special events from the brand. To sign up, go to the Free People site, scroll to the bottom of the homepage, and type your email into the box.
When are the sales at Free People?
Free People has sales all year with the ‘Sale’ page on its website. Some of the best times to shop the sale are during seasonal events, such as Black Friday. Last year, we saw discounts of up to 50% off selected clothing, including denim jeans and cosy sweaters. Bookmark this page for the latest sales updates, including Black Friday dates.
Does Free People allow coupon stacking?
Unfortunately, Free People only allows one voucher code per purchase to be used. However, with some strong discount codes on our page, one promo code can save you plenty.
Does Free People have price matching?
Free People does offer a price match for any Free People items that have recently gone in sale. If you’ve ordered within 14 days of your item becoming sale, then Free People will refund you the difference.
Can I return or exchange items purchased from Free People?
Yes. You have 30 days to return your Free People order for a full refund. If you are late to return, you will receive an e-gift card. Your items should be returned unworn and unwashed for a refund. Beauty and wellness products should be unopened for a return. Any Vintage Loves or Vintage Revival merchandise cannot be returned. Make sure to check the list of exclusions on the Free People Return Policy page.
