How can I get H&M free delivery?

H&M offers free standard delivery to Plus members and to all members who spend over £30. Under this amount, delivery costs £3.99. Unfortunately, there isn’t a free shipping option for non-members right now.

What is the H&M returns policy?

H&M allows returns to be made for up to 28 days from the delivery date. All returned items must be in good condition with all the labels attached. Please note that your refund can take up to 14 working days to arrive with you.
