5 Prada Accessories Fashion Girls Are Willing to Fight Over

Designer brands can strike lucky in a season when they experience mass adoration for just one It accessory. Right now, Chloé is experiencing this success via the many iterations of the Chloé C bag, Chanel is having a moment thanks to its logo crystal earrings and mules, and Burberry's chunky flat black T-bar shoes are selling out everywhere.

However, it's not all that common for us to see everyone buying multiple new-season accessories from the very same brand. Until Prada's spring/summer 2019 collection dropped, that is. It has virtually attacked the bank cards of every fashion lover we know, and we don't see the fever cooling down anytime soon.

So what's so good about this particular Prada drop? It could be the feeling of nostalgia from the '90s, or the fact that the new range of extras covers a lot of trend ground (trends that have, in fact, been set by Prada many moons ago): From sporty velcro sandals (nerdy-cool is a signature Miuccia Prada vibe) to luxe padded headbands (a statement that's offbeat enough to be hip), there's a little something in there for all luxury fashion fans. What's more, history tells us this brand's accessories have longevity.

The style codes of the Italian fashion house are ones that run through every single season and year, and its quality goods are built to last. So what seems like a whimsical one-season investment can actually be a lifelong win. Scroll down to see and shop the five Prada accessories so many girls are into this season.

#1: Velcro Sandals

Style Notes: We've spotted this Prada pair in every London hot spot. No surprise, then, that there are now waiting lists to get hold of them. Luckily we've found some that are still available if you're speedy. Add to a simple dress to let them do all the talking, just like Jessica.

#2: Chunky Headband

Style Notes: We're all for a double-accessory win, and Aylin has trumped all others. The studded hairband we can't stop swooning over, plus the tie-dye Sidonie shoulder bag—we would happily raid her wardrobe.

#3: Bucket Hat

Style Notes: The bucket hat is one of those accessories you either can or can't pull off. There are no particular ways to wear it (just put it on your head, LOL); however, try teaming one with simple separates to amplify its sporty feel.

#4: Shoulder Bag

Style Notes: There's not a day goes by where we don't want something from Tamu's feed. The latest piece? Her Prada bag, of course. The Sidonie is one of the industry's key bags of the year, for obvious aesthetically pleasing reasons.

#5: Logo Socks

Style Notes: Summer isn't usually associated with socks, but these printed or sheer pairs will change your mind. Wear with mules, sandals, trainers, basically any footwear you own. You won't want to lose one of these in the wash, so we advise hand-washing just in case.
