Since Paul Mescal first graced our screens on Normal People back in 2020, his personal style has garnered the attention of the fashion set—myself included. Back then it was all about his viral simple chain necklace and super-short sporty soccer shorts, but these days it's his sleek fashion-forward red carpet looks that have my attention. This is all thanks to his stylist Felicity Kay, who styles some of the most exciting up-and-coming talent like Ncuti Gatwa and Kit Connor (both actor's respective Netflix series are a must-see). That said, I highly recommend following Kay on Instagram.

Last month, Mescal hit two red carpets in casual-chic looks that I immediately knew I wanted to recreate. Both follow an easy outfit formula composed of three main key pieces: a white basic top, neutral trousers, and black Adidas Samba sneakers. Keep scrolling to check out Mescal's inspiring outfits and my top picks for getting the looks—black belt and cute pinky touching pose are optional.
