As fashion girls, we’re always on the hunt for shoe styles that emphasize style without sacrificing comfort. With fashion month fast approaching, that hunt has become even more important. Lucky for us, Vogue just tapped some of the coolest fashion insiders on what they’re packing for all the shows this season, and they turned up some great finds.
As far as comfortable shoes are concerned, Claire Distenfeld, owner of Fivestory New York, had some of the best advice. “Paul Andrew slingbacks have become part of my daytime formula,” she said. “They are so beyond comfortable and are very durable for running the streets of New York.” She’s totally right—a slingback detail is definitely important when it comes to stability, especially with heels. Paul Andrew is famed for this style, from kitten heels to flats to stilettos. His styles have already become a favorite among celebrities and street style stars alike since the launch of his brand in 2013, spotted on everyone from Kate Bosworth to Caroline Issa. It definitely doesn’t hurt that his shoes are as epically stylish as they are comfortable.
