We've finally reached the tail end of fashion month. People always say to save the best for last and nothing is a true testament to that statement like Paris Fashion Week. I've reviewed street style from every city but there's just something about seeing beautiful clothing on the streets of Paris amongst the city's people that always wins me over. This explains why my shopping cart is full after watching the guests arrive at Paris Fashion Week from the comfort of my own home.

There was a wide range of guests in attendance. I fall somewhere in between the die-hard minimalists that opted for structured tailoring and the "camp" enthusiasts that found a way to add excessive drama to each look. Below, find the eight items that I'm convinced I need to buy in 2023 straight off the backs of the PFW street style set.

Remember when the Met Gala theme was "Camp?" Ever since that Monday in May that occurred in 2019, the word is ingrained in all of our minds. The most "camp" moments I saw occurred outside of the Loewe show. This makes sense since the brand has been adding a lot of fun elements to fashion in its most recent seasons. I'm currently taking notes on how I can add this trend to my wardrobe to make my minimal pieces pop.

I can't believe I'm seeing a day where I opt for silver jewelry over gold. 2023 has changed me. The quickest trend to rise at the start of the new year was a shift from the chunky gold jewelry pieces we have all been obsessed with for years to anything silver. Since wearing silver jewelry is a total fashion girl move, you'll stand out among the sea of gold hoops, so I highly suggest giving it a try.

Ever since New York Fashion Week, my coworkers and I can't stop buzzing about the color red. Whether it's in the form of tights, shoes, handbags, or sunglasses, red instantly draws eyes to your look. If you're the kind of person who lives for an all-black fit, an easy way to make it feel extra special is to add some red. I tried this look on Valentine's Day and will be wearing it again very soon.

Denim handbags, denim shoes, and unexpected forms of denim outerwear were ravenous amongst the Paris Fashion Week street style stars. I recently swapped out my traditional trench coat for a denim style and that was a great first step to my adaptation of this trend. It's giving '90s in all the right ways.

Leather jackets have had a total revival in the past few months, and I can't open the Instagram app without seeing a fashion girl wearing them. The most on-trend update to this look at the moment is choosing leather outerwear that is "vintage" looking. This usually means that it comes in a brown color and has a bit of distressing to it.

Last season, Saint Laurent took coat hems to the floor. People who frequent Paris Fashion Week are fast to pick up on any trends, so they immediately began wearing these extra-long coats. A stark contrast from lightweight dusters that we tend to think of when we think of long coats, these are made of a thicker wool material and are so long that they scrape the floor even when a 5'10" supermodel is wearing them. You need to try it for yourself.

It seems that our love for wide-leg pants is only getting bigger and bigger over time. Quite literally. At Paris Fashion Week, guests wore pants that were so baggy that you might assume from afar are maxi skirts. The reason that I'm a big fan of this trend is that I love being comfortable, and I know that will always be the case when I wear these pants. Size up to really get the look.
