When it comes to finding outfit inspiration, I regularly look to my stylish co-workers (because, duh). And while we at Who What Wear are all incredibly eager for the warm weather to arrive, assistant editor Grace O'Connell-Joshua is next-level excited. "Summer has always been my favorite season," she tells me. "I get so excited every year to break out my summer clothing, sip frozen drinks on rooftops on the weekends, and spend days sitting on blankets with friends in Central Park. The warm weather puts us all in a better mood, and if I'm being honest, I'm the most excited that it's finally appropriate to wear as many all-white outfits as possible."

"If there's one thing I love, it's an all-white look, and the denim shirt and black belt break up the white just enough to make this outfit feel more spring than summer. I styled this look with classic black sandals (my go-to for the season, as you'll soon see) and my favorite aviators. I wore this look running around the city to showroom appointments, the office, and happy hour. TUESDAY

"When I'm wearing a great pair of high-quality jeans, I always want the jeans to be the star of the show. These are perfection from the cut to the wash to the fit, and I wanted to show them off in this look. I styled the jeans with a light, simple, high-quality knit (perfect for the drop in temperature in the evening), my favorite flat-brim hat, a gold watch, and heeled mules. I can't stop raving about these jeans—they're so flattering. I usually don't wear boot-cut, so I'm shocked by how much I love them." — O'Connell Joshua

WEDNESDAY

"I wore this look on a Wednesday to head into our Midtown office. Great trousers and a denim jacket are absolute must-haves when it comes to cool yet casual office basics. I styled this look with black sunglasses and heeled mules to dress it up since I was planning on meeting a friend after work. This denim jacket is by far the coolest one out there right now. The wash screams 'Parisian chic,' and it's lightweight enough to wear all day." — O'Connell Joshua

THURSDAY

"Thursday was a warmer day, so I opted for these shorts. I'm a huge fan of a great white tank top—I live in them—so I immediately grabbed this to pair with these shorts. The vegan leather jacket was the perfect finishing touch. It's not your average moto jacket and totally elevated this more relaxed look. I wore this to work outdoors with one of my friends, and then we went to a rooftop after. Denim shorts are always high on my list for summer essentials, and this jacket is my new obsession. FRIDAY

"I love a good double-denim look, and this jumpsuit helped me achieve the look with just one piece. There's something so all-American about this jumpsuit that makes it a classic, and it's still put-together enough to wear to work. Whenever I get the chance to work at a cute coffee shop or hotel, I take it—especially on a Friday. I wore this to work at one of my favorite cafes in SoHo and got tons of compliments.
