It's no secret that the resale industry is growing by the minute, and now one of the most prestigious names in fashion is throwing its hat into the ring. Oscar de la Renta has just launched its very own resale platform, dubbed Encore by Oscar de la Renta, where you can find gorgeous pieces from past collections that you may have missed out on the first time around.

"Curated from the archives of clients, collectors, and the finest vintage boutiques, Encore by Oscar de la Renta provides a sustainable alternative, extending the life and utility of exceptional heritage pieces," the brand explained in a statement. The selection includes a mix of both newer and vintage items, including dresses, jewelry, and more. Plus, sellers can choose to donate the proceeds of the sale to one of the brand's charitable partners: Habitat for Humanity, Dress for Success, World Central Kitchen, or The Colleagues of Los Angeles. Now that's an initiative I can get behind. Scroll down to see my favorite dresses from Encore by Oscar de la Renta.

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
