The Olsens Use This Accessory to Make All-Black Outfits 10x More Interesting
For the past few years, it has been all about the statement earring—with conversation-starting showpieces dominating the accessories world. Last night Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made a rare public appearance at a museum benefit in New York. They both wore the New York "fashion uniform" of head-to-toe black, however, it's their wrists that really caught my attention. They both wore elaborate cuffs and bracelets with delicate drop earrings in their lobes. When diving through the Olsen archive, I discovered that this is an accessory that the pair has never turned their backs on, as, for the past few decades, the Olsens have always used one (or five) bracelets to make their outfits look 10 times more interesting. Keep scrolling to see how they have worn statement bracelets then and now.
