Olivia Palermo showed how clashing stripes can look seriously cool, wearing a red, white and black vertical-striped wrap skirt with a yellow, black and white striped scarf draped over one shoulder. This isn't the only thing we like about this outfit, however, as she carried a £50 embellished clutch bag from Zara. Olivia is a fan of Zara's handbag department; in December she wore a £40 beaded star-covered pouch bag.
