After a Weekend Focused on Wellness, These Nordstrom Items Are on My List
I wouldn't exactly describe myself as a wellness girl. Well, I guess before my latest weekend away, I wouldn't. I'm an NYC-based editor, but I love to get away whenever I can, so that means lots of weekend getaways. My most recent trip was to Mohonk Mountain House in Upstate New York, which is a resort focused on wellness. I went with my best friend, and it ended up being exactly what I needed: sauna, steam room, mineral water hot tub, etc. I even had a facial, and if I'm being honest, my skin has never looked so good. The property itself felt like a castle and spending the weekend decompressing has transformed this non-wellness girl into someone who now checks Goop on the daily, drinks collagen water, and has a 10-step skincare routine.
I'm grateful for my Mohonk weekend because not only am I now prioritizing taking care of myself, but since the holidays are right around the corner, I have also shifted my gifting ideas to ones that help keep others well. Naturally, I went to one of my favorite retailers, Nordstrom, to start finding wellness goodies for my friends and family and also for me. I don't know why I didn't know this before, but Nordstrom's site has a whole wellness section, so I scored.
Keep scrolling to see the wellness items I'm so excited to try for myself and give this holiday season.
A supplement with an antioxidant formula that protects from accelerated aging while promoting collagen production, elasticity, and cell vitality. I need to try this ASAP.
One of the key things to staying well is making sure you sleep through the night.
Who doesn't want healthier, stronger hair?
Classic collagen powder you can add to your coffee or matcha.
To help you sleep through the night.
If you love soft, buttery skin, this is for you.
I'm not trying to stop the ageing clock, but slowing it down a bit is okay.
