I See a Lot of Things, But These Nordstrom Arrivals Occupy Every Inch of My Mind
When it's warm, 70-something degrees, and the clouds have graciously decided to disappear, I don't go to the park, I go window-shopping. Most malls in Los Angeles have the distinction of being outside, so taking a moment to stroll between stores is essentially like taking laps in Central Park ( at least in my head anyway).
Last weekend during one of those outings, I skipped all of the other stores and headed straight for Nordstrom. It wasn't like I needed another summer dress, but I was shopping for one anyway, and of course, ultimately I ended up leaving with more. The retailer's assortment of new arrivals are extra noteworthy, so much so that I'm still thinking about them days later. From dainty summer dresses to dreamy sandals, here are the new finds still occupying every inch of my brain. Keep click to shop them all.
Turns out Madewell is good at a lot of things outside of amazing jeans.
Even as a non-shorts person, I can admit flowing shorts are a game-changer.
Theoretically, this could also be a coverup, but as a dress its gorgeous.
I'm firmly into my denim maxi skirt era, and this is at the top of my list.
I know we're in sandal season, but Jordans as cool as these shouldn't be ignored.
Simple dresses like this can be the baseline of so many good outfits.
Never thought I'd be back into looking preppy but here we are.
Even when I'm packing light, a heeled mule sandal will always be in my suitcase.
Every cool person I know loves Paloma Wool.
House of CB is singlehandedly taking over my collection of summer dresses right now.
The unofficial cool girl sunglasses of the season (and they're by Acne Studios).
For the brand's recent collection, it pulled out a variety of beloved archival prints, including this one.
I've argued for the importance of silk dresses before, but if you have yet invest in a good one here's your chance.
