We will always pick items that feel right for our reader, but NET-A-PORTER really has a knack for spotting the key themes that run through the fashion-week runways. (Kudos to the fashion buyers.) Well, you'll be happy to know that the platform's new-season shop has finally landed, and as always, it's full of wish list–worthy buys. First and foremost, there's a whole lot of colour. From neon green and powder blue to rust orange and zesty yellow, every shade has been addressed. Aside from colour, the trends that have caught our eye are all united in their high-low appeal. They're the sort of items that will feel super polished with heels but will adapt like chameleons when layered with casual denim and sneakers.

At the top of our list is Loewe's stretch-cotton maxi dress, with its unusual abstract print and easy, throw-on fit. It'll look great with a trench coat and boots now and even better with sandals and sunnies come summer. We also have an unexpected soft spot for the full-bodied midi skirts that are cropping up this year—it's a departure from the micro-mini, but we love the idea of layering them with a slouchy knit while the weather is still cool.
