At this point, I’m lucky my mom hasn’t had me thrown in jail for all the cosmetics, shoes, and accessories I’ve (not-so-)stealthily procured from her room over the years. Her jewelry box, in particular, has been a frequent target for my shameless burglaries—I’d go as far as saying pretty much any piece you see me out and about in can be traced back to her enviable vanity. Charriol’s classic steel-cable bracelet has just the right amount of shimmer—I’m very into the Swiss brand’s pretty signature clover charm (a symbol of love and luck) encrusted with pavé white topaz. It’s not too OTT, though, meaning it’s ideal for everyday wear.
Why I Need to Have It:
The Bangle La Fleur ticks just about every box on mom’s list of jewelry requirements: It’s sleek, it’s chic, and goes with just about everything in her (read: my) wardrobe. If that’s not a sensible jewelry purchase, well, I don’t know what is.
