6 Bags the World's Most Fashionable People Carried Nonstop Last Month
Now that fashion month has officially (finally?) ended, we can sit back and properly digest the best of the best from all four fashion weeks. Just this past week, we scanned thousands of street style pictures to identify the eight most popular clothing brands from fashion month, and today we're here to do that same exact thing with bags. Predicting which handbag styles and brands will be spotted on the arms of every stylish fashion week attendee is one thing, but pulling all the street style proof of which styles actually were everywhere on the map is something you can't argue with. Facts are facts, and we've got heaps of them for you to scan below as we highlight the most popular handbags spotted during fashion week.
The list below was difficult to narrow down, but we did so based on the number of photos taken of each bag compared to all the rest, and these six styles dominated by a landslide. Yes, the Bottega Veneta clutch is in there, but so are a few other newly iconic handbag styles that we suggest you read up on and add to cart.
Boyy Buckled Leather Tote
Boyy is one of those newer contemporary bag brands that everyone definitely loves, but seeing it take over the street style scene in every major city this fashion month certainly took us a bit by surprise. The fun thing about this particular geometric bag is that despite its undeniably striking shape, the fashion crowd styled it perfectly to suit every style type under the sun.
Shop the bag:
Wandler Georgia Bag
The fame of this bag is no secret; in fact, we've already written an entire story on its success. The Wandler Georgia bag is petite, it fits more than a lipstick, and it goes with every outfit you could ever dream up. Between the shoulder strap and the minimal hardware detailing, there is nothing not to love about this handbag, and the overwhelming number of photos taken of it proves exactly that.
Shop the bag:
Louis Vuitton Multi-Pochette
While the iconic LV logo print is usually spotted all over fashion month, the new Multi-Pochette was the It style without question. This hype-y crossbody style looked killer over everything from tailored suiting to tank tops and back again. If you're in the market for a nice new investment bag, I would highly suggest the style below and clearly so would the sartorial community.
Shop the bag:
Staud Moon Bag
It seems like each season Staud comes out with a new bag that every influencer and editor alike jumps on overnight. This season, it was the structural Moon bag coming in a variety of colorways and embossed faux skins. The notable favorite was the reddish-brown hue, but take a look online and you'll fall just as in love with the other versions as well.
Shop the bag:
Chloé Mini C Bag
We first saw the Chloé C bag bubble up last year, and sure enough, the new yet already iconic handbag reigned supreme again this season. This time around, to get a bit granular; the mini version of the C bag struck a chord with the fashion set as women carried every color variation of the sun with every outfit type imaginable.
Shop the bag:
Bottega Veneta Clutch
Last but not least, the Bottega Veneta clutch. Not to beat a dead horse, but the popularity of this bag has not seemed to slow its roll since it dropped, and therefore it comes as no surprise that street style stars from London to Milan held on to these cloud-like clutches for dear life all throughout fashion month.
