Meghan Markle Wore the Spring Trend That Will Be Everywhere in 2 Months

Meghan Markle's schedule is as busy as ever during the final months of her pregnancy. Last week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex walked the red carpet for the Endeavor Fund Awards, and now they're back at it with another event—and of course, they're looking sharply dressed.

They attended a gala performance of The Wider Earth at Natural History Museum in London, and Markle looked chic in a Calvin Klein turtleneck dress and an Amanda Wakeley coat that we first saw her wear to service at Westminster Abbey back in March 2018. Her white-on-white outfit hits on a major spring 2019 trend: monochrome dressing. It's arguably one of the easiest looks to achieve—just pick a color and stick to it. You can also go for a tonal look and pick pieces in varying shades of the same color. She rounded out the look with matching sage green pumps and a clutch by Ralph Lauren. Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
